  1. Chase says:

We got a little carried away from Aiden Gillen, but I can’t believe I forgot to talk about his role in The Wire! If you haven’t seen that show, you’re missing out on the best crime drama television has seen in decades. His character, Tommy Carcetti, stands out even among such a brilliant cast.

It’s a bit of a slow burn, but don’t be like Mimi and give up on it!

wow, I loved the plug you did near the end, thanks šŸ™‚

I think it’s cool what you do, you’re basically updating the site with podcasts and the biggest news. It would look weird if GRRM told us the release date and you wouldn’t even mention it…and you pretty much cover the rest in the podcast anyway šŸ™‚

Love the ending song…I think I heard it on the radio yesterday at work for the first time…or am I completely mistaken and need some sleep? šŸ™‚

sorry for the triple post…I just wanted to add that you’re of course both welcome to join me on sunday. And I’m very flexible with the hours, we can start earlier or later if you’d like…as far as I’m concerned I usually become a living creature when it gets dark outside (posting at 4:26 am atm šŸ™‚ )

  7. Ed-I indicated this in the comments to Podcast #6, but I thought I’d write it here. It is Long Day by Matchbox 20, and it is covered by Acoustic Revolver, who has graciously provided us with a bunch of their songs to use in our podcast. Thanks for listening!
